Meet Our "Hitkram" founders two brothers, Anil Chaudhary and Rakesh Kumar, both of whom belong to a farmer family whose entire family owns 4 hectares of land in Dingli, a small village in Churu district of Rajasthan, in which they keep indigenous cows and buffaloes. We prepare fodder from our own fields through organic farming and ghee is prepared in the traditional way. Our traditional method of making ghee has been going on for years. Our grandmother and mother's ghee is liked by many people in the villages around our village. This is because our ghee does not spoil even after keeping it for a long time, hence the one who buys our ghee once, he always uses our ghee.
